FROM desert safaris, to being pushed to their limits across dangerous moorlands, and surfing by the beach, Interstellar Duo's music speaks to all, and tales always contain something of the unexpected…

Interstellar Duo are sisters Charlotte and Heather Sterland.  They play original compositions influenced by classical, jazz and folk music.

Their projects range from live concert tours, to film soundtracks to live stage and dance productions.

Performing vocal arrangements from their soundtrack album “Adventure 112”, the duo create a folklorish stage atmosphere, with a show which is both charming and intriguing.

Finalists for UK Country Duo in 2022, their work has been described as “beautiful and haunting, with precise vocal harmonies and instrumentals which produce an ethereal sound” (Devizine magazine).

Interstellar Duo released their first EP in 2016, followed by two further EPs, and an album in 2022, a soundtrack to eight stop-motion short films, “Adventure 112”. The duo have toured throughout the UK and internationally.

Interstellar Duo are appearing at Crediton Arts Centre on Saturday, September 14 at 7.30pm. Tickets are available from: www.ticketsource.co.uk/creditonartscentre .

There will be a portrait artist at this show, who will be doing Alla Prima portraits in oil paint. If you are interested, please get in touch with Crediton Arts Centre ([email protected]) for more information and to get your name on the list.
