CREDITON Library is hosting two events this half-term.
Saturday, May 25 will be “Elmer Day”, which is described as “a celebration of reading” with a range of Elmer-related craft, colouring sheets and puzzles available.
A free-drop in session, it will take place between 10am and 12pm.
There will also be an “Elmer Trail” for the duration of the half-term, where children can look for pictures of Elmer and his friends hidden around the library.
On Tuesday, May 28 artist Simon Ripley of the Double Elephant printmaking workshop in Exeter will be leading a two-hour printmaking session between 10am and 12pm.
“There will be portable presses and an opportunity to get creative,” a Crediton Library spokesperson said.
“This is a family activity, and for all children it is recommended that they are accompanied by a parent or carer.”
You can book in person at Crediton Library, by telephone on 01363 772578 or by email at [email protected].
