SAINT Matthew's Parish Church at Coldridge will host a short Concert of Chamber Music from 3pm on Sunday, February 18.

A cheerful selection of chamber music will be performed by The Highcroft Clarinet Quintet, comprising Moira Beales (clarinet), Robert Baker (violin), Alison Wortley (violin), Liz Smith (viola) and Sally Meredith (cello).

The programme includes: Variations on an Irish Folk Song (Gordon Langford), Holy Well (Robert Baker), Quintet in A opus II, no 5 (J.C. Bach), Scherzo - Roudo (Taglichsbeck), Hungarian Dance No 13 (Brahms), Petite Suite - Prelude (Gordon Langford) and Tango in D (Jo Bell).

Doors open at 2.30pm and admission to the concert is £10 per head (£5 for under-16's) and you can pay cash on the door, or by Debit/Credit card at a “Sum-Up” station in the church.

All proceeds go to the general fund for keeping the parish church open.
