AFTER 30 years of teaching in primary education, Linda Williamson retired from Bow Community Primary School at the end of summer term.

A spokesperson for Bow School said of Linda: “She has been an amazing art teacher and has inspired many pupils whom she has taught over the years.

“She went over and beyond for the pupils, planning inspiring lessons, arranging trips and excellent art exhibitions to enable the pupils to showcase their work.

“She will be sorely missed by the pupils, parents/carers and colleagues of Bow Community Primary School.”

Based in Station Road, the 112-pupil Bow Primary School, says that it strives to be an inclusive school which is happy and safe.

It says: “We have high expectations for all; we expect all pupils to fulfil their maximum potential for academic, physical and social achievement. We nurture confident, ambitious learners, who will positively contribute to their community and beyond.”
