THE February meeting of Mid Devon Farming Life Group was held at the Waie Inn Zeal Monachorum when the speaker was Alan Quick, editor of the Crediton Courier.

Alan gave a very interesting talk about the history of the newspaper.

He explained how things have changed and how it has evolved with new technology.

Members were shown old editions of the Crediton Courier going back to the first edition, which brought back memories of years gone bye.

Alan finished the talk with some amusing stories.

Ruth Friend, group co-ordinator, said it was great to see so many attend, including some new faces.
