A PLANT Sale, held in the garden of a resident at Waresfoot Drive in Crediton on Sunday, May 21, raised £500 for FORCE despite competition from other events on the same day.
Diane Pring, chair of Crediton Friends of FORCE, said the event had been a success and added:“Thank you for the kind donation of beautiful herbs and herbaceous plants.
“The vegetables plants didn’t last long they sold very quickly.
“We are always astounded by the kindness and generosity of the Crediton town folk.
“Thank you for supporting the wonderful FORCE cancer charity.”
