THANKS has been expressed to two Crediton businesses who are helping others in the community.
Crediton Dairy recently donated hundreds of cartons of long-life milk to go out with food parcels to those in need in the Exeter area.
In addition, Crediton Morrisons also donated food items for the food parcels and the store’s Community Champion Sharon Arnold helped pack more than 230 of the food parcels during one day.
The donations were made to Inclusive Exeter which supports the Black, Asian, Minority, Ethnic (BAME) and wider community across the city.
Alan Quick of Crediton, a director of Inclusive Exeter, said: “I would like to extend a huge thank you to Crediton Morrisons and Crediton Dairy for their generous donations which are helping so many people in need.
“Currently our demand for assistance is very high and the support from businesses is really helping us to help others.”
