THE Crediton Detachment of Army Cadets in A company have spent recent weeks creating a Remembrance mural which is now on display at their detachment.

Tina Vaughan-Atkins explained: “Our cadets have recently put in a lot of hard work and made their own memorial, researching and crafting, and developing their own memorial for Crediton and the Hamlets.”

The senior cadets created the mural with others helping with the displays.

A leader commented: “What incredible work they have completed! From cutting and crafting wooden soldiers to painting vibrant poppies, their dedication and creativity have truly brought this project to life.

“It's inspiring to see such commitment, passion and thought going into a project designed to honour those that we remember this November. Well done to all involved!”
