CODS, the Crediton am-dram group, never fails to entertain audiences!
It staged the musical “The Wedding Singer” seeing some full houses for some of the performances during the week from Monday, April 8 to Saturday, April 13.
The show was colourful, humorous, full of great singing and dancing with the most incredible costumes and a wonderful cast.
James Billington shone as the wedding singer, Robbie, and was supported by the powerful Lyndsey Betts as Julia.
Victoria Wood played Holly and Holly Harris was Linda, both with comical and raunchy roles.
Craig Phoenix as Sammy and Adam Cavannah as George, completed the on-stage band with Carolyn Stoyle playing Robbie’s grandmother Rosie.
The bed scene and the cast of stars, including Tina Turner, Elvis and many more really made everyone laugh out loud.
It was a fun night of entertainment and Crediton is lucky to have such local talent.
