LOVELY hand-made wreaths, good ideas for decorations, Christmas cards, home-made cakes, and lots of hand made gift ideas were among the stalls at Hittisleigh Christmas Fair.
It was held in the Village Hall where a huge decorated and illuminated Christmas tree almost touched the ceiling. On the walls were some of Don Nicholson’s paintings, the artist who lives locally.
Among these were his portraits of the Queen and Duke of Edinburgh as well as one or two local people. Don can be commissioned for portraits and other paintings.
The Fair raised £675 for church funds.
