FIREFIGHTERS have put out a caravan on fire in Kings Nympton near Chulmleigh.

Crews from Witheridge and South Molton were called to the scene just before 9pm on Wednesday, July 24.

When they arrived, the found the caravan “well alight”.

They extinguished the blaze using a hose, but the caravan was completely destroyed.

The fire is believed to have started accidentally, the fire service said.
