Todd Lettings, which has been run from the Creedy Centre since 2011, is moving to new offices off the High Street, but will continue to offer a personal and professional service to both landlords and tenants.

Karen Todd, proprietor, started in the property rental market 19 years ago, and says that communication changes have led to her decision that the business no longer needs a High Street office presence.

She explained: “The majority of our work with landlords and tenants is completed by email, telephone and through the internet and this has increased in recent years.

“Relocating will enable us to be office-based.

“I must emphasise that the business will not be changing what it does, we will offer an improved service.

“For example, when a tenant is moving into a property, we will be able to be there when they move in and this will benefit not only the tenant but also the landlord.

“Saying this, we will still welcome prospective tenants or landlords to our new office.”
