TOURS of the churchyard at Crediton Parish Church are being held through August and September.

There will be some surprising finds with the graves of former vicars and organists, an Olympic medallist, war graves, a well-known Dartmoor writer, and more.  

Tours of up to four people can be booked through Bill on 01363 772865 and last 60 to 90 minutes.

Donations for the tours will go to Devon Historic Churches Trust, although the parish benefits from receiving 50 per cent back of the amount raised.
