CREDITON house hunters can reserve their dream home before it’s been released for sale as Devonshire Homes announces that early bird reservations are now being taken at its popular site, Tarka View in Crediton.

The local independent house builder, which has seen the first release on phase one sell out at Tarka View, invites potential home owners to visit the Marketing Suite and talk to the Sales Executives about the next release of homes on this phase.

They will have the opportunity to find out more about which house types will sit where in the neighbourhood, look at detailed floor plans and early bird their future home.

Plots 175, 177, 178, 179 and 180 are all available for early bird reservations. These plots will include the Copplestone, Marshall and Morchard house types, all beautiful three or four bedroomed homes built to Devonshire Homes’ high standard specification.

The Copplestone is a stylish three bedroomed town house benefitting from an integral garage with parking. The ground floor features a spacious hallway to welcome guests and a handy storage room.

The open plan kitchen/dining area can be found on the first floor with French doors leading out onto the rear garden.

The spacious living room sits at the front of the home with the large windows allowing plenty of natural light to flood the room.

Climbing up the stairs to the second floor, house seekers will discover three beautiful bedrooms with the master bedroom boasting a luxury en-suite. The family bathroom adds the finishing touch to the second floor.

The Marshall is an elegant three bedroomed home which enjoys plenty of space. The living room on the ground floor stretches the length of the house and the open plan kitchen/dining area is built to high specifications, featuring French doors leading out onto the rear garden.

Upstairs, three good-sized bedrooms and a family bathroom provide space to unwind in with the master bedroom featuring an en-suite.

The Morchard is an impressive split level four bedroomed home with a large open plan kitchen/breakfast area with a separate open plan living/dining room.

The ground floor also boasts a peaceful study and handy cloakroom. Upstairs, four large bedrooms including an en-suite master bedroom can be discovered as well as a family bathroom.

Clever use of feature glazing allows the Morchard to be flooded with natural light, creating an elegant and airy feel to the home.

Jane Pearce, Sales and Marketing Director at Devonshire Homes, commented: “The first release of homes at Tarka View have sold extremely fast. Now, we are offering early bird reservations for people who don’t want to miss out on owning a home in the next release of homes in this phase at our Crediton site.

“By early birding your plot, you get the opportunity to select the home that suits you before anyone else snaps it up when it is formally released for sale.”

Jane continued: “By visiting the Marketing Suite, you will be able to talk to the Sales Executives about your needs and explain exactly what you are looking for.

“Early bird reservations have already been placed so I would encourage house hunters to visit the Marketing Suite now so they don’t miss out.”

Tarka View is a collection of new homes on the edge of Crediton, close to the Tarka Line Railway Station with easy access to the A377 to Exeter, with excellent local amenities.
