CHRISTMAS lights and displays are really impressive in Crediton this year.
Crediton Town Council has excelled at displays in the Town Square, at the St Lawrence Green and on business and shop fronts in the High Street and other roads in the town.

The effort put in by local electricians really does make a difference.
Private property homes have also created some magnificent displays.

Businesses and shops have decorated their windows and the public have been voting for their favourite in the annual Crediton Courier Best Window display competition.
The large conifer in East Street has been decorated into a giant Christmas tree by local residents with the help of Crediton firefighters.

Sharon Baker thanked all those involved including her family, Cassandra who reached the top, plus Szilvia Tucker, Crediton Milling Company, Union Road Moto Velo, Gemma from Paint Pots, Tesco, Morrisons, Hazel Peters, Katie Reynolds, Kaye Vinnicombe, Scott Baker and Susan West for a memorial light.
