EMERGENCY services are currently dealing with a medical incident at a business premises in Crediton High Street.

Police, two ambulances and the Crediton Fire Brigade medical response arrived at the scene shortly after 1pm today, Thursday, March 28.

A Devon Air Ambulance has landed in Newcombes Meadow and paramedics walked to the scene.

There is currently severe traffic disruption in Crediton and especially along the A377 through the town but it is passable in one direction at a time.
