ONLY one Crediton Youth FC side was fortunate to see their game survive the weather last weekend.
All the club’s Exeter and District Youth league cup and plate fixtures fell by the wayside and will hopefully be rescheduled for this coming Saturday, December 17, or January 7.
The 3G pitch at Devon FA HQ at Newton Abbot allowed the U12 girls fixture to go ahead against Newton Fire. Although, their opponents probably hoped the game would be postponed.
The Crediton girls bounced back from their County Cup defeat last weekend to totally overpower their opponents by quite a heavy margin.
Gracie Clements led the goal scoring with six, Gracie Pugsley and Lexi Mullen both also got hat-tricks, with Eva getting two and Lucy Budd also getting on the scoresheet.
It was another overall great team performance from the Crediton girls that sees them stay at the top of the table.
